Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — physical books and digital downloads — we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds after purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective physical book, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mike@mikevanhoozer.com, and we'll make it right.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
