1. Shipping Policy

Hoozer House Press Shipping Policy

Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. During new book launches or special events (such as our tournament distributions), please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Media Mail): Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days depending on your location. This is our most cost-effective option for shipping books.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their books sooner.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number sent via Rollo Ship. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

International Shipping: At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries regarding The Journey of Janell, please contact us directly at: mike@mikevanhoozer.com.


2. Refund & Return Policy

Hoozer House Press Refund Policy

Returns: We do not provide refunds for physical books or digital downloads.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives damaged during transit or if you received the wrong version (Hardcover vs. Paperback), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mike@mikevanhoozer.com with a photo of the damage. We will prioritize sending a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Digital Products & Coaching: Please note that all sales of digital downloads and professional coaching sessions are final.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to our team.
